How school leavers can finance their bootcamp

Posted by

We all know that tech skills are the future of work and the world. As thousands of businesses and millions of people move online to work, play, and connect, the skills to work with software, data, or websites will become even more essential.

However, it can be difficult or expensive if you’re a school leaver trying to learn these essential tech skills. That’s why we’ve partnered with Manati: so that you (and your parents) can have easier access to an essential tech skills education without breaking the budget, and in a payment plan that fits your long-term career and education plans.

With Manati, you can quickly and easily apply to get up to 100% of your bootcamp financed upfront. That means you can focus on what’s important: learning to code and developing practical, job-ready developer skills for your tech career. Best of all, these loan providers allow you to apply with a sponsor (such as your parents or other family members).

Here’s how financing with Manati works at HyperionDev.

How Manati loans and financing works

Manati is perfect for students – that’s why it’s in their name! They partner with banks to offer you very good interest rates on your study loan, and have an application process that is quick and easy, and which allows you or your parents to sign up for funding in as little as 7 working days.

Based on your family’s income and the other information you supply, Manati and the bank will work together to make an affordable and personalised payment plan that best fits your career goals and your family’s circumstance. They cover the entire cost of the bootcamp in one upfront payment, so that you can learn to code stress-free; and once you graduate, the tuition is repaid over a period of 10 months to a maximum of 5 years.

What you need to apply for a Manati loan

To apply, simply choose your bootcamp and complete any necessary applications for your chosen study path. Once you’ve completed this process, you can apply for Manati funding  through your payment dashboard, by clicking on the Manati partner icon on your bootcamp course page or by contacting your personal admissions consultant.

To complete your application, you or your parents will need to supply the following documents:

  • A copy of your Identity Document and your sponsor’s Identity Document
  • Proof of Residence for you and your sponsor
  • Latest payslip for you and your sponsor
  • Latest 3-month bank statement for you and your sponsor
